August 2020 DC SWEAT/BBG Meetup

We're tentatively scheduling a socially distant in person meetup for August. Come join us for a sweat(y) workout inspired by the Sweat programs: BBG, PWR at Home, FIERCE, and LIFTING at Home! All ages and abilities welcome - no experience needed!

About the Event

9:00am - Check-In / Socially-distant Social

9:30am - Workout

We are tenatively scheduling this meetup.  All participants must wear a mask covering their nose and mouth during the workout, maintain a 6 foot distance, and sign a waiver in order to participate.  We will be outside in a shady location!

This is a chance to meet other women in the DC area doing the SWEAT programs: Kayla Itsines' BBG, Kelsey Wells' PWR, Chontel Duncan's FIERCE, and Stephanie Sanzo's BUILD. We are all about community and making new friends! This will be a full body workout that is good for all ages and abilities, and will consist of BBG, PWR at Home, and FIERCE exercises. Each move has multiple variations and we are more than happy to show you modifications. Start your Saturday off RIGHT with a sweaty workout!
