Stuck inside but still want to attend a meetup? Join us for a virtual SWEAT mini-meetup!
We will be doing LIFTING at Home week 2 upper body workout together, and chatting together afterwards. This workout has no plyometrics or jumping. Equipment needed:
- Yoga mat
- Dumbbells (heavier for rows and lighter for reverse chest flies)
- Bench (optional)
- Foam roller
- Resistance loop (optional)
