About the Event

Stuck inside but still want to attend a meetup?  Join us for a virtual SWEAT mini-meetup!

 We will be doing the PWR at Home beginner week 2 legs & abs workout together, and chatting together afterwards.  Equipment needed:

  • Heavier dumbbells (goblet sumo squats and straight-leg deadlifts)
  • Resistance loop or band (hamstring curls)
